These terms of personal data processing (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cTerms\u201d) describe the way in which Accencis s. r. o.<\/b><\/span>, Company ID: 53 241 967<\/b><\/span>, with its registered office at Na Br\u00e1ne 8665\/4, 010 01 \u017dilina, Slovak Republic<\/b><\/span>, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court \u017dilina, Section: Sro, Insert No.: 85459\/L (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cCompany\u201d or \u201cwe\u201d)**, processes your personal data for the purpose of providing our services, consisting mainly of marketing consulting, strategic planning, and setting up marketing campaigns as part of the \u201cInitial Session\u201d (in Slovak: \u201c\u00davodn\u00e9 stretnutie\u201d), \u201cWorkshop\u201d (in Slovak: \u201cWorkshop\u201d), and\/or \u201cConsulting\u201d (in Slovak: \u201cKonzult\u00e1cia\u201d)<\/b><\/span>, conducted in person, by phone, or in the form of video conferencing (hereinafter referred to as \u201cServices\u201d), on the website www.adrianfric.com\/<\/b><\/span> (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cWebsite\u201d), as well as through other remote communication channels, particularly social networks Instagram, X, and LinkedIn<\/b><\/span> (hereinafter referred to as \u201cSocial Media\u201d).<\/p>\n

The Company is responsible for the processing of personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016<\/b><\/span> on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (hereinafter referred to as \u201cGDPR\u201d)<\/b><\/span>, and Act No. 18\/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection<\/b><\/span> and on amendments to certain laws in its currently effective wording (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cAct\u201d).<\/p>\n

The Company has implemented all appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of personal data. Through these Terms, the Company fulfills its information obligation under Articles 13 and 14 GDPR<\/b><\/span>. The Terms are regularly updated and published on the Website.<\/p>\n

(i) If you <\/span>challenge the accuracy<\/b> of the <\/span>Personal Data<\/b>, for a period allowing us to <\/span>verify its accuracy<\/b>,<\/span><\/p>\n

(ii) If the processing is unlawful<\/b><\/span>, but instead of deletion<\/b><\/span>, you oppose the erasure<\/b><\/span> of the Personal Data<\/b><\/span>,<\/p>\n
